Water, Cornflour, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Sugar, Wheat Flour, Preservative: E202), Sugar, Oyster Sauce (Water, Sugar, Salt, Oyster Extract (Molluscs), Modified Maize Starch, Wheat Flour, Colour: Caramel, Yeast Extract, Preservative: E270, Stabiliser: E415, Flavouring, Flavour Enhancer: E621, Mushroom Soy Sauce (Water, Soybean, Salt, Wheat Flour, Extract Mushroom), Rapeseed Oil, Ginger, Garlic (Sulphites), Flavouring, White Pepper, Chilli Powder.

Produced in a factory that handles Nuts, Peanuts and Sesame.

  1. STEP 1: Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large frying pan or wok.
  2.  
  3. STEP 2: Stir-fry 70-80g of sliced lean beef, chicken or seafood until partly cooked.
  4.  
  5. STEP 3: Add 80g of sliced vegetables such as onions, carrots, bamboo shoots, red peppers or mushrooms. Continue to stir-fry for 1 minute.
  6.  
  7. STEP 4: Add 130g of Mayflower Stir-Fry Sauce.
  8.  
  9. STEP 5: Bring back to heat and continue cooking for 30 seconds or until the whole mixture is piping hot.
  10.  
  11. STEP 6: Serve with white rice or fried rice.
